In Italy, the vaccination of guests and staff of all the nursing homes for the elderly is about to be completed. At this point I would like to know if there are any qualified experiences or opinions on how to behave with swabs in the near future. Should we limit ourselves to doing them in case both of flu-like symptoms and for new staff’s and patients’ entries or, considering that the immunizing power of vaccines is not yet fully clarified, will it be convenient to do a screening and, in case, at what frequency?
