How to deal with low amount of Chip-DNA for qPCR validation?

I need to perform Chip-qPCR as a validation step. Trouble is i have low amount of ChIP-DNA with me for qPCR. Is there any way I can solve this issue.

Hi,

The low amount is not a problem. The concentration of my ChiPped DNA (with TF) usually around 2-5ng/ul. Just continue the qPCR step, I usually use 1ul template for 10ul qPCR reaction.
