How to deal with Leak test in GC-MS ?

Working on GC-MS (TRACE GC ULTRA with PolarisQ, Thermo), the leak test is not passed. The problem looks to be in the DPFC. Can some one help me what to do instead of changing DPFC ? Currently I use split mode.
