simply, just use a fuel cell and convert it into electricity you may store it in a recheargeable battery amd use it latter on, either as an dc current or as an ac current using a 12 V to 220 or 110 V invertor as the case may be.
Make sure that you remove first the H2S from your biogas or you run the rissk of fouling the fuel cell catalysts.
What you are trying to do is a double conversion wich decreases the efficiency. It is better to use the biogas than to double convert it into electricity. You were referring to the SURPLUS BIOGAS . if it is in large quantities, you can do it, in small, you just store it (the old fashion way).

Biogas has a storage ability for several days, you can store this amount using storage balloon as it a small 500L, until used for house cooking or heating
