How to deal with Discriminant Validity for second order Construct?

Hello All

I have 2 second order construct in my study, if i go with second order CFA AVE values are less, if i go with first order CFA AVE values are good. Now the issue is ... how to report my first order CFA AVE values as it gives dimension wise AVE values where as in discriminant validity table researchers are reporting AVE value of overall Construct.

Alejandro Ros-Gálvez can you please refer me any paper, where complete first order order dimension removed from analysis, because of lower loading or discriminant validity issues.
