Unfortunately, there is no cure for Zika virus infection at this point, nor is there a vaccine. Ali's answer above gives good guidelines for helping the patient to recover on their own. Much research is being done now to try developing vaccines and chemotherapies. Since this disease is so complex, and can be transmitted transplacentally as well as sexually, treatment there will have to be more than one option developed for treatment and prevention. For now, avoiding the mosquito vectors is still the best approach for most people. I have attached here a link to a recent video that provides some good information.
