In case I have several Independent variables with two or three dependent variables, and I want to study the effect of IV's on DV's across certain stages ( e.g. economic cycle).
How to create model for these variables and what are the steps should be conducting in case of using SPSS?
@Ghazi I'm not sure whether you're talking about a hypothesized structural model drawn to show hypothesized relationships. If this is the case, then you can draw a model on MS Word using shapes and Arts from Insert tab. If you're asking about how to test the structural model with two or more DVs and multiple IVs, then you should go for Structural Equation Modeling.

Path analysis can handle models with multiple independent and dependent variables. It cannot be done in SPSS. It requires programs for structural equation modeling such as Mplus, R (lavaan package), or AMOS. I offer a free path analysis mini-course using Mplus at goquantfish.com
@Ghazi If you have latent variables to be measured by observed items on Likert Scale, then use structural equation modeling either in AMOS or Smart-PLS.
