In my case the best option is using a spreadsheet program to create the file with an existing file of the SAM installations. There is also a description of the file structure in the SAM's help system. That could be tricky, however is the best option for me until now.

You can create theses files from Meteonorm software and then import them to SAM.

The output of Meteonorm for Sam is in Excel Excel format (.csv).
