I would like to know the method by which we can create a TCO (transparent conductive oxide) glass in laboratory which is to be used in dye sensitized solar cells. I would be glad if the answers are provided procedure wise like in a laboratory experiment.
it's not available in my locality and also to gain knowledge on 'TCO glass making' i've asked this question.

If TCO glass is not available than you can simply use the display of any touchscreen phone. Touchscreen phone uses TCO glass, ie one side is conductor and other side non-conducting. You can try this option good luck.

Tinoxide and imdiumtinoxide can be deposited on glass substrate by various methods: chemical vapor deposition , spray pyrolsis, vacuum deposition, sputtering and other methods. Perhaps the method which you can use in your laboratory is the spray pyrolsis since you can build the deposition apparatus yourself.
