i'm fabricating dye sensitized solar cells. i want to create my own transparent conductive oxide glass, i have stannous chloride amorphous powder with me and microscopic glass slides which i'll use as glass substrate. i would like to know the various easy to-do methods to coat a tin oxide layer on the glass substrate to make the glass substrate conductive?

The formation of TO is accomplished by spray pyrolsis of a solution of SnCl4 in water into air ambient as indicated in the paper given in the link:https://www.researchgate.net/publication/256766546_Spray_pyrolysis_of_metal_oxides_SnO2_and_In2O3_as_an_example_of_thin_film_technology_
So, as a starting material you need SnCl4 and not SnCl2. Accordingly you have to extract SnCl4 from SnCl2. For this process you can follow the reactions in link:http://tin.atomistry.com/stannous_chloride.html or any other reference.
