I have mass spec results from a pull-down assay that I would like to map in Cytoscape. However whenever I enter the table in I am unable to create a map. I have read through multiple Cytoscape guides but I am still unsure how Cytoscape works. If anyone could give me some insight into how to map these results then that would be greatly appreciated.

It was not clear if you generated the PPI network and where it was generated.
If you have not done so, the first step is to create it using https://string-db.org/
After that save the txt and open in the cytoscape.

I have not generated the PPI network, i have data from a HaloTag pull-down experiment revealing interacting proteins from a WT and Variant of a protein. I would ideally like to map this data into some sort of interaction map, which hopefully i will be able to present.
