How to create a composite index using entropy weight method ?

Dear researchers, I intend to generate a single composite index variable using an entropy weight method. How can the single index be computed in Stata to generate the using the difference components variables.

All of you, I've seen the entropy weight method used in several papers to create composite indices out of various variables. Knowing the proper Stata package to use to accomplish this would be wonderful. A straightforward illustration might also be extremely helpful.
