I am doing a 3-D CFD simulation of film cooling over a flat plate. I am presented with either of the situations:

1. Coolant Temperature, Mainstream temperature and blowing ratio is given

2. Blowing Ratio, Density Ratio and Reynold's Number is given

Nowhere is the velocity explicitly mentioned, which is required as a boundary condition in the CFD solver. Is there any way where I can determine all my velocities and temperatures (in the second case) without any additional data?
