I have analyzed the homogeneity test of annual temperature and precipitation. The result shows many stations were inhomogeneous in annual temperature and precipitation. I wanna correct the inhomogeneity of the data. How to correct inhomogeneity of temperature and precipitation data? Which software or program is appropriate for adjusting the inconsistency of data?

There are so many methods you can use HOMER, ACMANT, RHTEST, MASH, ANCI, etc. However, I recommend HOMER and ACMANT. They perform better than the rest.

Depends on what sort of features or correction you want , Excel is good for filtering and bell-curving etc etc OR SPSS is another software
Is it possible to use a transformation of the original data to assess if the transformed is more normal and thus more predictable and manageable? In statistics when one sees a skewed or otherwise non-normal distribution of data, data transformation has often been used (such as taking log of the original variable.)
