The file is generated using MIR hyperspectral camera and mathlab code. Right now , I need this file to be converted to 2D matrix for furthur analyse. Are you familiar with this type of data ?

If you are able to get the data in MATLAB, why not save it as a MATLAB data....in .mat format?
