Thank you very much. While, trying to obtain the intensity using chem craft, had observed that the RAMAN intensity varied with laser excitation wavelength and temperature.  The first paragraph of your answer explains this scenario.

The Raman intensities are yielded directly to the output file. You should add in the 'route section' cphf=rdfreq; to 'molecule specification section' you should add excitation energ(y)/ies in units [nm]. The output is:
