Hi everybody. Im working with clavulanic acid in autodock tools, but when I wish convert file pdb to pdbqt, autodock tools no recognize my clavulanic acid pdb file. It show me error, unrecognaized arguments.
Someone can help me? (picture from pdb file)

Hello,
You can use Openbable for converting pdb files to pdbqt. It works with autodock. Keep all the files in the same folder. Hope it helps.

Usually for conversion we don't rely on ADT.... as mentioned by Ankita Jalan openbabel will the best option for this.. or else you can use BIOVIA Discovery Studio.
If you are facing this issue during saving as a ligand file (as pdbqt)..... try energy minimizing the clavulanic acid pdb file ..... use Avogadro for the same or other softwares....
