You can do this easily if the loading rate was constant.
To change time to displacement simply: take the time values, and then multiply them by the loading rate.
e.g. 1 minute * 5 mm/min = 5 mm
2 minute * 5 mm/min = 10 mm
etc.

Its not a constant loading, Its an impact (Varies with time).

Since we now know that for your scenario the loading is not constant, you have to either use a software which will discretize it for you and automatically as per the previous answers by Kartikeya Shukla and Seyed Reza Jafari , or you can do that manually yourself.
I have attached a picture to show you what I mean. It is an approximation of a ramped loading condition (changed from smooth to step-wise, then you can use the previous method I mentioned for each section).
