How to convert from 'file' to '0 file'?

I am working with the FTIR and some files were saved as file and others were saved as 0 file. But the OPUS program only reads the 0 files and I don't know how to convert the 'file' files. Unfortunatelly I couln't find anything on the web, is there anyone who can help me with this?
