How to convert Force vs stroke curve into Stress strain curve?

I have performed 3 point bending test for flexural strength test using Shimazdu universal testing machine, now I have exported the data in excel spreadsheet. The data contains force column and stroke column. How can I use these information to construct a stress strain curve?
