Practically, i am reading too many journals, end up being miserable because i don't really sure whats its the right method for this conversion.
And so many procedure involving waste cooking oil which i dont intend to use it.
If anyone knows the simple method, on this conversion fat (from yeast) to biodiesel, please let me know.
For your information, i already did the FAME (for checking the fatty acid), and the result is good (have property for biodiesel).

You can carry out transesterification reaction of fat using methanol and an alkalyn catalyst (i. e. KOH) at 50 - 65 degree centegrade. And see if it work.
