I want to synthesis of SiO2 nanopowder and the particles size is 50nm in the experiment I am using TEOS , ethanol and ammonia but I got agglomerated SiO2 particles and it's size is around 200nm, please help me with the same. And suggest me if you have any any data.

'Nanopowder' is an oxymoron. There are no free independent, discrete, particles < 100 nm in a powder. You have a fused collection of sub- and post-micron aggregated particles and agglomerates. Take a look at:

To avoid aggregation and agglomeration keep the silica in dispersed liquid form and do not dry or filter.
