2. Organophosphates and other pesticides.

3. Don't leave standing water, and if you must use fountains in standing water to create ripples (breaks surface tension so mosquitoes can't stand).

4. Oxitec has used piggyBac to insert a lethal positive feedback loop.

5. People used to put oil over pounds to suffocate larvae. Very bad for the environment.
