How to confirm the sequence of 3’ Race after poly A.

Is this the 3' end of a viral genome? If so, viruses typically exist as "quasi-species" with slightly varying genomic sequences that span the genome space of the particular virus. Do you know what is the predominant sequence that is present in majority of your cloned 3' end sequences? The predominant one can be considered as the wild-type 3' end sequence. One way to test for sure is to make an infectious clone with these 3' sequences and see which one can induce symptoms most similar to the wild-type virus.
