How to confirm the core and shell materials presentt in the core/shell nanoparticle formed? We are not able to take HRTEM as it is not soluble in any solvents.
Is there any other characterization techniques to identify and confirm the materials by which the core and shell is made of?
Is it in the form of a film?
Or can you make Film of this material?
Then HRTEM can take

It is in powder form.. At present we are not able to make film of this material.

You can check this review article for characterization of the core/shell nanoparticles and most characterization techniques that used for this purpose such as dynamic light scattering (DLS), SEM, TEM, TGA, XPS, photoluminescence (PL), and UV/vis spectroscopy.

It is enough to obtain a suspension, for example using ultrasonic dispersion
in addition, you can compare the particle sizes obtained by SEM and XRD.
If they are significantly different, each particle is likely to be polycrystalline. Those, has a core in one crystalline phase and a shell in another
