My query is how can one differentiate between grain and grain boundary contribution in the Cole-Cole plot(Z'' vs Z' plot), if we have only one semicircle formed from the plot. This is because at high frequencies (upto 5MHz) semicircle formed is due to grains, and say if there is only one semicircle than how can we say that the dielectric properties are due to grains or grain boundaries? There must be some distinction between them as a result!!
Try to simulate your parameters in the circuit. By changing the R1, R2, or R3, try to see in which region the fitted curve shifted that is associated with grain or GB, or whatever it is. Basically, grains contribute to high-frequency regions, and GB contributes to the low-frequency regions.
You can also try to look at the distribution of relaxation times (DRT) plot. two processes with similar time constants will give one semi-circle in the nyquist plot but two peaks in the DRT
