How to compute Hotelling T2 and SPE control chart for Autoencoder ?

Hotelling T2 and SPE control charts are two popular monitoring statistics for PCA based fault detection models. However, these control charts are also applicable for Autoencoder based models. Many literatures show the application of Hotelling T2 and SPE with autoencoder but the computing process (coding) is not available.

Can anyone provide some useful resources to compute (any programming language) and plot these charts for Autoencoder?
