Hi I'm currently using comparative delta-delta CT method to analyze data. I have control and experimental groups and for the first time I used four animals for each group. I wanted to increase the number and did the second group and three mice were used for each group. But after calculation, I found the ranges of final results are quite different between the two groups.(e.g., imagine 0.85, 0.92, 0.88, 0.89 for the first experimental group and 1.3, 1.35, 1.5 for the second experimental group.) So I want to ask, when we face this situation, do we need to combine the data together and analyze?
