I have a statistics question I would like your insight on.
I am comparing multiple geospatial datasets across multiple countries. These datasets are derivatives of flow accumulation, therefore, each dataset have an international relationship among the variable. This breaks one of the assumptions of ANOVA. Are there any approaches to statistical comparisons of multiple countries which will work? I am seeking something more than box plots and comparing PDFs.
Good morning Kent Thomas, I'm not entirely sure of the answer. However given the covid pandemic was charted by many organisations, could you not look at how John Hopkins tracking is done to see.
What about semivariograms, this allows for the comparison of a variable as it fluctuates by distance across multiple countries.
