If you've used Ag/AgCl electrode with Saturated KCl, the data you get using this electrode has an offset of +0.198V with respect to the standard hydrogen electrode (SHE), at room temperature and 1 bar pressure. For the reversible hydrogen electrode, you could approximate the potential as -0.059*pH, i.e. for your 0.1M solution, you could take this value as -5.9mV with respect to SHE assuming you have 0.1M H+ ions. Effectively, if you subtract 0.1921 V from whatever potentials you see with Ag/AgCl electrode, you are at the same reference electrode as RHE.
