How to compare JH2, JHB and Drucker Prager Criterion for High Impact Ceramic?

How can we use Drucker-Prager criteria which uses ductile damage criterion for Silicon-Carbide which is brittle?

The manual uses DP model to achieve a similar material response for ceramics with proper calibration of the Drucker-Prager plasticity and the equation of state functionality in Abaqus/Explicit.

The following link from ABAQUS manual explains the comparison of three different techniques to study high impact in ceramic.
