How to compare CPLEX with other methods when CPLEX does not find feasible solutions within the time limit for some instances?

Instance 1 - CPLEX: 10, Other method: 12

Instance 2 - CPLEX: 12, Other method: 15

Instance 3 - CPLEX: NA, Other method: 18

When there are no missing data I calculate the deviation between the values, but when there are missing values I do not know how to proceed.

Hi Kennedy,

In such case, cplex is just used to validate a heuristic or meta-heuristic approach with small instances, to be able to use after thar your approximate method for large scale pbm when cplex is not even able to find a feasible solution
