From UPV test , one can check quality of concrete where as from rbound hammer test compressive strength of concrete which is mostly depends on surface hardness of concrete.
I think that it may be not possible to correlate these both variables. UPV depends on the internal structure of concrete. On the other side rebound hammer characterized the near-surface hardness. If you wish to characterize compressive strength of concrete you may use both variables and built the new model using artificial intelligence. Then, it may be possible to obtain more reliable model.
