I have to cleave a terminal primary amine from the 2-Chlorotrityl Resin and I have to mantain the rest of the protected peptide (Boc/tBu protecting groups).

I usually use a solution of 3/1/1 acetic acid/trifluoroethanol/dichloromethane for the cleavage of the terminal carboxylic acid (without removing the Boc/tBu protecting group): does it work for having terminal amines too? Do you have other acid solution to suggest me?

Thank you in advance.
