You can also pour HNO3(aq) into the teflon tube, place the teflon tube back into autoclave and heat it for a few hours. Mine are usually clean after that.
In my case, I use a concentrated sodium hydroxide and heated it up for 2-3 hours at 110-120 oC, depend on the contaminated compound. You can search the reference about Ksp of the metal hydroxide which is the final product after cleaning.
