Rare-earth doped AlN

Can anyone help me to draw the crystal structure of Al0.98Er0.02N and Al0.98Y0.02N ? I tried using both VESTA and CrsytalMaker, but I am always finding difficulties to insert Er and Y atoms in AlN...
