Want to mark High tide Line from Open source Satellite data series. Apart from Landsat is there any other data sources? If yes than what are the alternatives to mark or define HTL?

Attempt with Sentinel-2 satellite data. That is the only viable alternative. You can also purchase data from ISRO satellites at nominal cost for government employees. Please check the link below.
