I am about to find the best Photoelectrochemical cell for my experiments, Is there any suggestion that which kind of cell can be more efficient? H-type, single chamber or etc.
I need the reactor for TiO2@Conductive support for Photoelectrocatalysis of CO2 reduction. Probably the lamp would be UV.

The best is what you already have. Your question is not informative. Write a list of the goals you want to achieve, what you want to measure, what equipment you have, what is your budget? Read the literature related to your goals, and look at the cells, which are used. Design and build your own. This would be the best.
