How to choose the best panel for the study of gene expression in inflammation?

Hello, I am currently starting to use mesenchymal cells derived from adipose tissue, I want to study their immunoregulatory properties. How to choose the best panel of anti and pro inflammatory genes? I want to study that they regulate inflammation in a mouse CIA model.
