I'm looking for your advices on how to look for a specific gene set when preparing to do a Cripri analysis.

I know one can always go with the GO category, but are there better, more solid ways to find out which genes might be of interest to my research question?

How do other people are setting a subset of genes?

Would you recommend using a genome-wide library?
