How to check the specificity of multiple hybridization DNA probe easily?

We want to do branched DNA based in situ DNA hybridization. After design the 30-mer probe match the target DNA, we don't know how to check the specificity of multiple hybridization DNA probe easily. Can you give me the protocols? Thanks.
