I have to select a material for electron transport material (ETL) in perovskite solar cell and lattice matching of ETL material with the perovskite is a necessary condition. suggest me the methods/techniques by which I can check the lattice matching.
In cubic structure that is one value for the lattice consatnt which is the dimension of the cube containing the unit cell. The mismatch will be the difference of the two lattice constants divide by the average value the two lattice constants.

I agree with Dr.Alagealy. In addition,one can match two chemical elements for perovskite solar cell from knowledge ad experiences of the periodic chemical table.One can match two closely structures-elements from the table and can test the compound of the two elements for the electronic transport.
Having formulas at hand is one thing, but making use of them in a sensible way is another thing. Look at your specific situation and identify the material that has the role of being the reference. Then, in the calculation of lattice mismatch, use the IN-PLANE lattice constant a of this material to obtain the relative deviation from it by the other material (with an IN-PLANE lattice constant b) in the following way:
strain in % = 100 * (b – a) / a.
Obviously, a positive (negative) strain value means that the other material has a larger (smaller) IN-PLANE lattice constant than the reference material.
(Edited on January 25th, 2018: I added "IN-PLANE" in case the materials have more than just one lattice constant.)
