Is it possible to identify Algae (Chlorella vulgaris) with nu-SSU-0817 5' and nu-SSU-1536 3' universal primers ?

I am trying to identify Algal Chlorella vulgaris by using these primers.Can I do it cause since these primers are specific for fungi?
