My catalyst is Ag loaded Ta2O5 (Ag 1 wt%), I would like to chanracterize the size distribution of Ag . Now I am using TEM to do that, but the size of Ta2O5 is about 1 um so that Ag nanoclusters could not be found duo to its high contrast . I searched the edge of the sample, also no particles were found. Anyone could recommend some other possible methods to characterize the size distribution?

By the way, is STEM-HAADF OK to do that?

Thank you very much.
