How to change the ocean initial condition in CFSv2 Model?

I learnt how to run CFSv2 using the initial condition from NOMADS CFS reanalysis data. I want to change some of the initial data before run the model (e.g. I want to use ORAS4 SST data). Can anyone tell me how to do this?
