How to calibrate the mass spectrometer(coupled to the UHV system) in a best way, for higher masses greater than 200 a.m.u?

our mass spectrometer is coupled to the UHV chamber. we want to calibrate it for higher masses atleast greator than 200. Currently it is calibrated upto 90 a.mu.
