Your help with the following question would be deeply appreciated.
I have been trying to calculate the Young Modulus of alginate beads and have the force displacement graphs to calculate it but I am struggling to figure out how it is done. I have attached a graph and the subsequent data. I mainly want to understands what part of the data I would use for the calculations. There are the links below which are the two papers. I have been using for the information. I need.
