For Total antioxidant activity you can use this method: First, a volume of 200 µL of your sample should be mixed with 2 mL of the reagent solution (0.6 M sulfuric acid, 28 mM sodium phosphate and 4 mM ammonium molybdate). Then, incubate the reaction mixture at 90°C in a water bath, for 90 minutes min. Following, you should mesure  the absorbance of the different samples at 695 nm (Prieto et al., 1999). The total antioxidant activity isstandardized against ascorbic acid. The Results ara expressed as mg of ascorbic acid equivalent per gram of dry sample(mg GAE/g Ds).

You must made your standard curve with ascorbic acid to have the equation of the standard curve then you remplace the value of the absorbance that you obtained in the this curve. thus, you can express your resullts as mg  ascorbic acid equivalent

antioxidant (mg AAEA/g FW or Ds).
