How to calculate torque on surface of a cylinder in fluent at every time step?

I am simulating fluid flow of stepped cylindrical annulus by 2d axis symmetric swirl unsteady case with two velocity inlets and one pressure outlet. I want save torque at a surface at every time step.

I am inserting the sketch. Motion is given at bottom wall by rotational boundary condition. I want to save torque of fluid at stationary wall.
