How to calculate the volume of 95% confidence ellipsoid from an XYZ scatter plot?

I have a set of data for binary classification and I want to calculate 95% confidence ellipsoid volume from an XYZ scatter plot where X, Y, Z are vectors and they will be plotted in xyz plan. I will be so grateful if you can give me the equation of the measurements.
